Do you use Google Keep?
If you are trying to be more oranized, paper and pencil notes can be daunting. They can get misplaced, fall off of the documents you want reminders for, etc. I have used Microsoft Notes for a long time, but recently started using Google Keep. Love that it works on all devices and is customizable. Need some cute headers for your Keep notes? Grab them in this post!
Ways to use Keep Notes
First! Decide on five goals you will accomplish for each day, and check those off as they are completed. By the end of the day, you feel so accomplished!!
Keep Track of Assessments
It is difficult to know quickly who has/has not been assessed, so use a keep note with assessment and student names to keep track. Check them off as each student is finished. Love, love, love how items are transferred to the bottom so you can focus on the remaining items. Students in this case.
Reading Tub Books
I don’t know about you, but keeping up with who had which books was the bane of my existence! I love that I can keep group book info on a Keep Note of each group. This really comes in handy at year’s end when you still have outstanding books, and need to know which parent to contact so they can do a search at home. Seriously!!!
How to Access Google Keep
Access Google Keep by typing keep.google.com in your address bar (or just click the link here). You can choose the dark background or a white one.
Last Recommendation for Keep Notes
Pin the notes to the top of your dashboard! Once you are finished with them, just uncheck!
