How do I use it?

Place My Big Red Valentine (pocket chart cards) in a pocket chart.

Read through the poem a few times, making up gestures to show parts of the song (point to self, clap hands, move head for “no fun”, draw a big box in the air, gesture giving it to a friend). This is so much fun for your students!
