For me, school is quickly drawing to a close! My brain is beginning to turn to thoughts of how I can be more effective in the coming year. I want my students to go farther than ever before, so I begin to look for new ways to engage the masses!
One area I plan to change is how I rotate my students through my stamping centers.
This year, the center activities were introduced on Monday, then two to four students per day would complete the activities until everyone had finished. The center seemed to remain messy and unorganized all year–drives me cuh-ra-zy!!!! This year, I have ordered multiples of the alphabet stamps and pads in order to have one day a week designated for stamping letters or sight words in each of four table groups. This will satisfy my OCD tendencies and keep materials accessible until the activities are finished. Feeling good about this decision!
