It is easier to demonstrate some things, so I saved two of my periscope sessions that received the most views. I plan to share more tips as the year progresses, but for now , I am making these available. I will say that my district does a great job providing the basic classroom necessities. The things I purchase are the extras that will stay with me someday when I retire.
Either fabric or a cheap table cloth work well to make cushion tops for bucket seats. If you have fabric scraps, put some cute bows where the handle is attached. Here is how I do it!
Tip: To make the circle pattern for all of the lids, just run your fingers in the groove around the top of a newspaper placed over the lid. This will leave an impression on the newspaper that you can cut out!
I also did a fun discussion on my favorite “must-have” music (and this is only a small sampling of what I use). You must see/hear some of the selections from Songs for Wiggleworms. They are amazing, and such fun!
