As my blog, social media platforms and PLO grow, I begin to realize just how important a good planner is. My go-to set of pens for keeping things straight are still these Frixion brand Erasable Gel Pens from Office Depot.
The clickable pens lasted almost a year, but the pens with caps dried out way too soon. Go for clickables.
I keep record of appointments relating to home and family
in black, Facebook and Twitter are blue, my blog entries are purple,
and all other entries are in pink. I used six colors last year, and
quite frankly, four colors are enough for anyone, imo!!!
The Martha Stewart planner with removable inserts and calendar
pages is still my favorite paper planner. I actually purchased a cheap hole punch from Levenger to punch holes in my own digital
planning pages. Love being able to customize!
Although I love my paper-pencil planner, it is for home. I keep a duplicate planner on my Surface calendar. It comes up quickly in the Windows 8 toolbar, and is perfect for work. It is also backed up to the cloud, making it accessible on other computers.
Do you need a simpler planner template that is totally editable? Here it is! Just replace the name of the month, then type in the
new calendar numbers for each month. I did June for you! Click on the graphic to download. This file opens in power point.
It’s time for Farley’s June Currently! She is a marvelous 4th grade teacher who shares this linky with fellow bloggers each month. Love that girl! Here is what I am doing đŸ™‚ Be sure to check out what other bloggers are doing. You might find something else to help you with your summer planning. đŸ™‚
