There is a complete difference in having people join your circles on
your profile page (the gadget on the right hand side with people pics on
it), and having people to follow via your brand page.  I discovered
this as I was noticing that I had to completely add people by searching
for them when working on and setting up my business page.  There are
different gadgets for the personal profile on G+ and the Business Page
on G+.  More to come, remember this is a test
