This year, I opted to make my own name plates for my wooden slotted plate holders. These are white so they can be read easily, and the decorative part will be decorative top and bottom “fins” in pastel blue card stock. I will apply cricut cutouts of fish and other ocean creatures as well as lettering embellishments to the edges, then laminate. I am working on the first one right now using my grandson’s name (no last name for privacy reasons), but all plates will have first and last names when I am finished. I also plan to use arrowed primary font letters for their names so they can see which direction to write lines and curves that make the letters of their names. Here is a printout for you to try your own! It’s a “freebie” download from google docs! Post your own creations here when you make yours! I’d love to see them 🙂 Print on white card stock, then let your imagination take off! If you LIKE this freebie, leave a comment! I love comments!
