I continue to be amazed at how you can cut, then outline in marker the things you cut on the cricut machine! I think this is a cheaper solution than the newest version of cricut which requires ink–very expensive ink if you do coloring of images. It’s a neat machine, but too expensive for me for now!
These tags will match my rotation chart for Literacy Work Stations (I am using Daily 5 as the guide for creating station tubs). Students who go to the blue table will get a tub with a blue whale on it, or go to the blue whales in the room (these are Reading Stations). Green will be Listen to Reading, Yellow Stars are Word Work, and Red Crabs are Working with Letters (large alphabet line with jumbo letters to match–students take it to the carpet), or Chicka-Chicka Letter Trees to work with at the red table. It’s all coming together! I hope I have enough book tape to “tag” the room for all of these stations!

cute idea! I love my cricut and never thought about using it for this! I just use it mostly for bulletin boards!
Ok… It is official! I need one of these machines! I think I'll check out ebay.
Mrs. Wills Kindergarten
my kids bought me one for my birthday and i was in awe of such a fantastic gift. I love having it and will take it to my classroom. These tags are precious and would feel so special to a kinderkid.
Thanks for sharing.
